Vietnam War Commemoration and Pinning Ceremony

I am pleased to announce that my office is proud to present a Vietnam War Commemoration and Pinning Ceremony. This event, which is being hosted in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Defense, will present qualified applicants a 50th anniversary lapel pin to honor and recognize the sacrafices and contributions of our servicemen and women. The ceremony will be held on September 8, 2018

Interested applicants must submit their DD214 and privacy release form to my office no later than August 24, 2018 at 5:00 PM. You can click here to download the privacy release form.

Qualification per U.S. Department of Defense:
Living United States veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces at any time during the period of November 1, 1955 to May 15, 1975, regardless of location, are eligible to receive one lapel pin. To read more about the U.S. Department of Defense's qualifications, click here
